Thank you very much for your interest in our shows!

As you have noticed, most all instructions on purchasing tickets to our shows are written in Japanese. This includes explanations of UDO Premium members, UDO regular members and pre-order as well as regular public on-sale information. If you would like to take advantage of these services, may we suggest you grab a Japanese friend or colleague to help maneuver through our website.

Basically most of the ticketing systems cannot handle credit cards issued outside of Japan, nor sell to customers who reside outside of Japan. However, for some of our shows, we offer the "Worldwide Ticket Reservation" which enables customers to purchase tickets using their international credit cards, and to purchase them from outside of Japan. Below are the shows that are available for this system.

Also for those residing within Japan, after public on-sale, tickets may be purchased at any of the listed major ticket agencies (e.g. Ticket PIA outlets throughout Japan) or local convenience stores including Seven-Eleven. There will be a ticket dispensing machine at each of the above convenience stores.

Customers who purchased tickets via Worldwide Ticket Reservation:
We will cancel the payment made by the credit card. There are no necessary procedures or actions needed.
*It may take 2 to 3 months for refunds to be made. Please contact your credit company for further details as to when the refund will be made.

[Postponed Shows]
Purchased tickets for the original dates will be valid for the rescheduled dates.
However, for those customers who purchased tickets via Worldwide Ticket Reservation wish to receive a refund, we will announce details of the refund process shortly.
